The NextGen Council is a dynamic initiative introduced by the GAMBICA President and Board to amplify the voice of early-career professionals across our member sectors. It enhances GAMBICA’s strategic governance structure by bringing fresh perspectives and diverse ideas from rising stars and future leaders.

Comprising young professionals from GAMBICA’s four industrial sectors and our University Engagement sector, NextGen is dedicated to shaping the future of our industry. It champions key initiatives in Education, Sustainability, Innovation, Wellbeing, Career Development, and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion.
