It has been a slightly turbulent time for the laboratory supply industry. Drastically reduced investment in life sciences, trade protectionism and overstocking have made sales, lumpy, unpredictable and lower than in recent stellar years. Added to all that, the perennial issue of successfully engaging potential customers has become substantially more difficult in the post-covid period.

So the next GAMBICA laboratory sector conference will be firmly focussed on how to talk your customers’ language. It will provide insights on the changing directions of laboratory research, with perspectives from customers, scientists and key clients. It will re-visit the challenge of how to make the right changes to convince clients on product sustainability and will look at what is working right now in sales both for the UK and Europe. It will also feature a number of key customers talking about their challenges and aspirations.

In response to feedback, the event will once again be returning to the lovely Stapleford Park Country House Hotel, near Melton Mowbray and will take place on 11 March 2025 with the conference dinner on the evening of 10th March.
