Sensors, test, measurement & control
all under one roof!
Registration is now open for 10th anniversary exhibition
Sensors & Instrumentation Live will celebrate its landmark ten year anniversary with the biggest event in the show’s history - and registration is now open! The UK’s only national instrumentation exhibition, which has again received the backing of headline sponsor Mouser Electronics, will open its doors from Wednesday 25 to Thursday 26 September 2019 in Hall 2 at the NEC Birmingham.
The free to attend exhibition is the annual showcase for the latest technologies in the fields of test, measurement and control, attracting influencers and key decision makers who are keen to source new products and solutions from a range of providers while getting up to date with industry developments and thinking.
With a fresh new look; growing exhibitor list and even more unmissable content than ever before, the 2019 edition is not to be missed. Event director Louise Pudney comments: “Sensors & Instrumentation Live has been growing alongside this thriving industry for ten years and we’re incredibly excited to be able to deliver an action-packed show with a new approach, leading companies and only the most relevant content for our visitors.”
By exploring the show’s lively aisles, visitors will be able to discover hundreds of products and solutions on offer from an array of companies under one roof. Among those that have confirmed their stand at the anniversary exhibition is Anton Paar, Binder GmbH, Bronkhorst, Charcroft Electronics, DeweSoft UK, DJB Instruments, Kistler Instruments, Luso Electronics, PCB Piezotronics, Shawcity, Trafag UK and more. A full list of exhibitors can be found on the Sensors & Instrumentation Live website.
There is a lot to be seen at the show. With that in mind, Sensors & Instrumentation Live will feature not just one but two areas dedicated to providing a snapshot of what is available at the exhibition.
The popular Innovation Showcase sponsored by Bronkhorst, an assembly of products on offer from exhibitors, will return to the floor alongside the new Innovation In Action exhibit, sponsored by PCB Piezotronics. Unlike sourcing products and solutions online, Innovation In Action is a chance to see top technology working in real life. With live demonstrations hosted by experts, interactivity will be paramount – so you can have your questions answered and find out how any given product can benefit your own operations.
In addition to the vast array of products and solutions on offer, visitors will have the opportunity to pick up plenty of invaluable knowledge at Sensors & Instrumentation Live.
This year marks the launch of the brand new Engineering Symposium, an exciting new partnership with DJB Instruments that will deliver CPD accredited training driven by sensor innovation and the very latest in engineering. A team of speakers from some of the UK’s leading technology and engineering companies will present a two day programme of technical sessions that will explore everything from the basics of signal processing to accelerometer technology and more.
Neill Ovenden, managing director of DJB Instruments, comments: “If you think you know all about trade shows, think again.
“The Engineering Symposium will provide an opportunity for visitors to hear a range of training and case study content which is not linked to exhibitors’ thinly disguised sales pitches. 2019 will be the start of something different: aerospace, autosport and new technology are key topics for the Engineering Symposium.”
Representatives from key engineering institutions and organisations will also be on hand at the show in the new Enterprise Hub. This will be a chance for manufacturers to discover the array of opportunities at their fingertips - from funding, training, standards and beyond - through unmissable presentations from the likes of Make UK, The Institute of Engineering & Technology, GAMBICA, The British Measurement & Testing Association, The Defence and Security Accelerator and more.
Sensors & Instrumentation Live is also co-located with TCT Show and IMHX – adding even more value to your trip to the NEC, Birmingham.
Registration is quick, easy and free of charge – simply head to the Sensors & Instrumentation Live website now to claim your fast track entry badge.
